Nth Cycle announced a $1.1B offtake agreement with Trafigura for 3,500 tonnes of critical metals, making it the largest ever multi-metal commercial agreement between a recycled feedstock supplier and refiner.
Elementium Materials raised $11M to commercialize its safe, high-performance electrolyte for commercial lithium-ion battery materials. It also announced a strategic partnership with Enchem, a global manufacturer specializing in electrolytes and additives for lithium-ion and rechargeable batteries.
Diffraqtion, developer of the world’s first quantum camera powering the largest ultra-high-resolution imaging satellite network, received additional funding as part of its pre-seed.
