Accelerating Partnerships to Scale Climatetech

The world's leading open-innovation program for climatetech—unlocking traction for game-changing collaborations.

Where industry giants and innovators go faster

Cutting-edge technologies are poised to transform industries—but they don't make it to market alone. While startups bring the solutions, corporates often bring commercialization pathways and scale.

That’s why Greentown Go injects momentum and traction into startup-corporate collaborations, accelerating speed to scale.

From Program Participants

Greentown Go partners and startups collaborating at a workshop table

The Greentown Go programs are one of the best opportunities that cleantech startups have to develop deep relationships with some of the world's largest corporations through organized programming. I wish there was a Greentown Labs in every city across the world!

Jesse HenryJesse HenryFormer CEO and Founder of Heartland Industries (Go Move 2022)

I want to acknowledge all the support and help we got from Mitsubishi on this program. It's like we went from a spectator at a sporting event to a player on the field. Their inside knowledge of the industry was tremendously rewarding.

Peter ShepardPeter ShepardCOO of RenewCO2 (Go Make 2022)

One of the most valuable aspects of Go Make 2025 was the cultivation of a sense of openness that enabled a remarkably deep level of collaboration in a short period. Working closely with the startups during the program gave me a whole new perspective on their technologies, expertise, and collaborative mindset, and this experience laid a strong foundation for potential future partnerships.

Kathrin BrandtKathrin BrandtHead of New Growth Area Biopolymers & Skin Actives, Evonik (Go Make 2025)

Participating in Go Build 2023 was invaluable to have internal mentors assisting us in navigating a large organization like Saint Gobain. It helped us understand exactly what they are looking for in order to partner with them.

Justin DankoJustin DankoFormer CEO, Puro Renewables

Greentown and Shell were fantastic partners in this accelerator. We entered the program with a high level understanding Shell's goals for decarbonization, and hope there would be an opportunity to work with them. We were introduced to the right groups to find near term commercial opportunities and investment.

Mike WaggonerMike WaggonerFormer CEO, Corumat (Go Make 2023)

We hosted Saint-Gobain at our facility in Calgary, Alberta three times to learn more about the differences that our magnesium cements can make, and we've had our mentors out to an active build site in Houston. They've literally gotten to get their hands dirty testing our cements. The latest results speak for themselves: our magnesium cements achieved higher strength ratings than Portland cement demonstrates in 28 days in just under 24 hours, all with half the density.
